






When you purchase a new home from Martin Custom Building, you actually purchase thousands of items and the work of 35 to 50 independent trade contractors. We have standard warranty contracts with you, which are listed below. We also have emergency response procedures, should an urgent need arise.
Final Walk Through
Upon completion of your new home, you and one of our representatives will conduct a final walk through. At this time, any concerns will be documented, corrected, and approved before your move-in date.
3-Month Report
Near the end of the third month in your new home, you should submit a 3-month report. This is the best time for you to request "one-time" repairs we offer on several components, such as drywall. We suggest that you wait 90 days before submitting a warranty list to allow sufficient time to become settled in your new home and repeatedly use most components.
Limited Warranty
You recieve the signed Limited Warranty document at closing. For your review, we provide a sample copy at the time you sign your purchase agreement.
Emergency Service
Some repairs just can't wait. If emergency service is needed, call us during normal business hours at (270) 926-2060. We provide a list of contacts for after hours emergency repairs at the orientation portion of the homebuilding process.
